The studio is heated by means of central heating. This apartment has a terrace (about 32m2) faced to the east- and south side. The terrace is equipped with a terrace table and 4 chairs. There is a chest on this terrace in which you can put away something. At the ground level there is a cupboard which you may use for storage, e.g. for your work-, fishing- or diving-equipment or just for your suitcase. It is possible to lock this cupboard.
