We have single room apartments (1-4 persons) for rent. These studios can be rented for a night, a weekend, a midweek, a week or longer. The studios are also for rent in combination with a boat. It is possible to moor your own boat in front of the apartments after consulting with our staff. An additional tariff will be charged for the privilege.

If you hire the apartment for a weekend, midweek or week you will need to bring the following:

• Towels
  
• Dishcloths and Washcloths
  
• Garbage bags
  
• And the necessary things.

Towels, Cloths & Garbage bags are included in a reservation for one night. Every day there will be a change of towels between 09:00-15:00 hours.

If you book a stay longer than a week, there will be a change of linen and cleaning once every 7 days. Every day the studio and terrace will be checked. Pets are allowed only on a leash. There will be a charge for extra cleaning costs of 11 Euro per week.When leaving the apartment and handing in the key, the owner may have an inspection.

Arrival at the apartment: starting at 15:00 hours.
Leaving the apartment: before 11:00 hours.

After a reservation has been received, a confirmation will be sent. You are requested to return a signed copy by fax or post. A down-payment of 50% of the total amount needs to be received by us within 14 days. The rest of the payment is due before arrival or upon arrival.

Our parking lot is private and closed-off by means of a bar. The bar opens automatically when you enter the place. When you would like to leave the place you may use a coin or a small transmitter, which can be obtained upon arrival. For the transmitter, we ask a deposit of 50 Euro.
